ARC stands for advanced reader copy. It is the first version of the book thats given out before it gets published.
Why are ARC readers important?
ARC readers are the blood of a story. Without them, it will be difficult for an author to get a review in such a competitive market. Reviews mean more exposure for the author.
What do they do?
They read the book for free and in exchange give an honest review
